Will Ripley is a Vancouver musician offering recording session work, demo recording services, and individual or group music lessons.
Will is an accomplished guitarist in different genres of music. He has experience and training in recording, composing, arranging and performing.
Will has excellent references as a Vancouver Guitar Teacher from his students who have been as young as 4 years old. He has taught acoustic and electric lessons in a variety of genres.
Will is a graduate from The Berklee Method program – Selkirk College, with a diploma majoring in Guitar Performance and a minor in Sound Engineering. Will has also studied at The Berklee College of Music in Boston, USA.
Will has concentrated on performing and writing ever since. Some of his more notable experiences have included sessions with musicians Martin Barre (Jethro Tull), Tony Springer (Wild-T and the Spirit, David Bowie). Will’s original projects, The Tito Deville Band and Soul Loud, were official selections for the Top 10 Fox Seeds Contest 2009, which is Western Canada’s largest unsigned band competition. Also, Ripley has been featured on MTV for live performances.
